HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
We ask you if you want to create an account before you complete every order. At this point, you can either log in, register or order as a guest. The input screen also appears when you click “My Account” in the top right corner.
To create an account, click on “Create user account”, fill in all required fields and select a strong and secure password.
After you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and clicked on “Register now”, we will send you a confirmation email.
You can then immediately start shopping with all of the advantages of a customer account.
As a registered customer, you can save your personal details in “My Account”, such as different delivery addresses or payment methods, and view your current order status and other orders at any time.
Under the “Profile” menu item in “My Account”, you can change your personal information and also change your password. If you would like to change information that is not shown, please contact our customer support team.
HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
In order to delete all your data correctly, it's not possible for you to delete your account yourself, for reasons of security. Please contact our Customer Service team to have your account deleted.

Have you checked in your spam folder? It's possible that our newsletter ended up there by mistake. To stop this happening, please add our sender e-mail address newsletter@soliver.com to your e-mail address book. If you don't find any errors of this kind, please contact our Customer Service team. We will then take care of everything else for you.
