HOW DO I FIND THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR?

The fastest option is to use the search function in the upper right corner. Simply enter your search term – e.g. coat or blouse – in the search field, and the available items are shown right away. It is also possible to search using an item number or EAN.

In general, you can enter anything in our search bar and we will then show you everything related to the search term to provide you with the best possible selection of results.

You may enter several search terms in order to get the best possible search results. Separate the individual terms with a space. Link, for example, the colour or size together with the item group you're looking for, e.g. red blouse, black trousers.

The items view shows a frontal view of all items. The individual item view of many items also provides a back view, a zoomed-in view or a detailed view. The item description contains all relevant information, such as the style, features, material and care instructions. For many items, additional details about the fit are available, as well as our size tables or our FitFinder. This is a great way of helping you to choose the right size and it also helps us to prevent returns.

HOW DO THE SHOPPING CART AND ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

The shopping bag, located at the top right hand side of the page, means you can always see how many items you have in your shopping bag and the total price of all the items. Click at your "shopping bag" to view small pictures of the items. They are placed on the right screen margin.

Once you’ve put all the items you want into your shopping cart, you can then complete your order. You can do this in a few simple steps: Check the contents of your shopping cart and add or remove items if necessary. Click on “Checkout”. This will take you to a page where you can choose from the options “Log in” (if you’ve already registered with us), or “Register now”/“Continue without registration” (where you can enter your personal details).

Then, after entering your (1) delivery address, selecting the shipping method, accepting our Terms and Conditions, selecting the (2) payment method and entering the billing address (if this is different from the delivery address), you will reach the (3) order overview page. From here, you can once again check all the order details and make changes or adjustments by clicking the “Edit” button or cancel the ordering process (e.g. by closing the browser window). The ordering process is only completed after you click the “Buy now” button.

Once the order has been received in the system, an automatic confirmation email is sent to you. This email contains an overview of all your order details and you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our logistics centre.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change orders that have already been placed. We are unable to change either the size or colour of a product, or the delivery address or payment method, and we are unable to remove an item. We don't charge delivery costs in the s.Oliver online shop. If you decide not to keep the order, send the goods back to us via the delivery service. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

As long as your order has not been packaged, you can cancel either the whole order or just single items. Please contact our Customer Service team via phone. We don't charge delivery costs in the s.Oliver online shop. If you decide not to keep the order, send the goods back to us via the delivery service. WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED OR ONE OF MY PRODUCTS BEEN REMOVED?

If we have cancelled your order, this is usually because a product has just sold out or due to a warehouse error during packing.

Your selected products could be very popular and it can be the case that a certain product sells out just before you place your order. In rare cases, the stock level cannot be updated in our system quickly enough, and this means that some orders have to be cancelled.
If the products are still shown on the website, you can try to place a new order. When the sold-out products are available again, these products are not automatically sent. Instead, a new order must be placed.
Sold-out products are not included on the invoice and the relevant amount is automatically reimbursed via the payment method you used originally.

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to make a non-binding reservation for an item.

WHY IS AN ITEM CHEAPER AT A LATER DATE?

Please understand that prices can change. This is subject to special offers, trends and product availability. If a product that you have already purchased has been reduced in price we will not be able to reimburse you with the difference.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

The minimum value of the ordered goods for the order is €24 (without delivery costs).

IS THERE AN ORDER LIMIT?

No, in principle there's no limit for your order in the s.Oliver online shop.

ARE THE PRODUCTS I SELECT ALWAYS GOING TO BE AVAILABLE?

Normally only items that are actually available will be displayed in our online shop. Although our data bank is updated frequently, exceptions can occur where an article has already sold out when you go to place your order.

We will, however, check the availability of the products you select automatically before completing the ordering process and if in the meantime an item has become unavailable, a notification will appear on your screen instantly.

Unfortunately, in cases where several people order the same item simultaneously and only one item is available, we can only inform you whether or not we can deliver the desired item after your order has been processed. We will tell you as soon as possible if we cannot fill an order because an item is out of stock.

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN LATER?

Yes, it is always possible that a particular size and/or colour of an item that was out of stock will become available again later. Therefore, it pays to stop by the s.Oliver online Shop at regular intervals to check whether the item you wanted is available.

CAN s.Oliver PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING WHEN INDIVIDUAL ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

No, unfortunately it is not possible for us to provide specific information on whether or not an item will be available again at a later date.
